How to run a tour

Set up the tour
Tap New tour, paste the Compass listing URL to autofill the property, set the date and attendee type, then Save progress.

Share the Vzzit code
Go to Share tour and email the QR code and paper form to all tour admins. On the day, display the QR code or share the Vzzit code so agents can join.

Agents rate the property
Each attendee scans the QR or enters the code, rates the home across 10 categories, adds a suggested price and comments, then submits.

Complete the tour critical
From Admin view, tap Complete tour & send email reports. This locks feedback and emails the full report to the listing agent.

Set up the tour
Tap New tour, select Multi-home, add each property by pasting its Compass URL, set the date, and optionally enable Best on Tour voting. Save progress when done.

Share the Vzzit code
Email the QR code and paper forms to all tour admins. One code covers all homes — agents use it once to join and then rate each property from their property list.

Agents rate each home
After rating the last property, each agent automatically sees the Best on Tour vote prompt (if enabled). Votes are anonymous and update live in your Admin view.

Close the BOT vote if enabled
From Admin view → Best on Tour, watch votes come in live, then tap Close vote & award winner when everyone has voted.

Complete the tour critical
Tap Complete tour & send email reports. This locks all feedback and emails each listing agent their property's full report — named and anonymized versions.

If you have paper feedback forms to add, tap Add paper feedback, enter the written feedback, then mark the tour complete.

This tour is complete — the QR code and Vzzit code have been retired and no longer let agents join.
Firebase live sync is active. Agents who join will submit feedback in real time.
